1. Appointments
All appointments at The Salon Co. are by reservation only. By completing a booking through our website, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve one hour per appointment and do not double-book.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service total is required to hold your appointment. This deposit is collected at the time of booking via Stripe and applied toward your final balance on the day of your visit.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full deposit refund, processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel late, please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
4. Late Arrivals
We hold appointments for 15 minutes. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion, with the deposit forfeited.
5. Payments
The remaining balance after your deposit is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Salon Co. does not store card details.
6. Service Results
We consult with every guest before beginning any service. Results may vary based on hair history, condition, and other factors outside our control. We do not offer refunds on completed services but will make reasonable adjustments within seven days of your appointment if you are unsatisfied.
7. Personal Information
We collect your name, email address, and phone number to manage your booking and send appointment communications. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of our booking service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
