No surprise charges.

Every service includes consultation, a scalp ritual, a finishing cut, and tea or coffee. Every appointment is booked at one guest per stylist per hour. If the work needs more time, we plan that with you at booking — not at checkout.

Cuts

Our most-booked category. Every cut is finished by hand, with a scalp ritual at the back-bar.

Signature Cut & Finish

Two-hour appointment for new guests. Includes consultation, cut, scalp ritual, and finishing style.

Stand-alone services for guests who need an hour to themselves. The Long Ritual is our signature.

The Long Ritual

A three-hour reset. Steam treatment, scalp massage, cut, color refresh, and tea service. For returning guests.

On-location and in-studio styling for weddings, press, and shoots. Booked at least eight weeks out.

·WHAT TO EXPECT

An hour, uninterrupted.

Every appointment, regardless of service, follows the same four-part structure. We’ve refined it across thousands of visits.

I

Before — a consultation.

Twenty minutes with your stylist. We talk about your hair, your week, your last cut. Nothing happens until we agree on the plan and the price.

II

During — the room.

Tea or coffee, a warm towel, soft music. You can read, sleep, talk, or work from your phone. There’s no script.

III

Finish — a styling.

Every service ends with a finish — rough-dry, blow-out, or your preferred home style. No upsell, no add-on charge.

IV

After — a schedule.

We book your next appointment before you leave, if you’d like. You can change it any time up to 48 hours before.

·A NOTE ON BOOKING

We book one appointment per stylist per hour. If you need to change yours, we ask for forty-eight hours — so the chair can find a new guest.

A 25% deposit holds your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit; inside 24 hours, the full service is charged. New guests are asked to arrive ten minutes early for an extended consultation. Walk-ins are welcome for the wait-list only.
