Tell us what you’re thinking.
New booking, color consult, press request, or just a question — this form goes straight to Margaux. We answer within one business day.
·Your First Visit
Four small things that’ll
make
the hour a better one.
I.
Arrive ten minutes early.
New guests are booked for an extended consultation. Tea or coffee is on the counter.
II.
Come with photos, if you like.
Or come with nothing at all. We’ll work from your hair, your life, and a long conversation.
III.
Skip the wash if you need to.
We can cut on day-old hair. We can’t cut what’s already wet from the rain.
IV.
Tell us about your week.
How you actually wear your hair on a Tuesday matters more than a Sunday photograph.
·Questions
The asked & the
answered.
The six we hear most often. If yours isn’t here, drop us a note — we’ll write back, and add it if it could be helpful to others.
info@thesalonco.com →We don’t. Every appointment is booked one-per-hour, and the room is held for that guest. We do keep a short waitlist for next-day openings. Call the studio in the morning to be added.
Most stylists are booked four to six weeks out for cuts, and six to eight weeks for color. Bridal and editorial work is booked eight to twelve weeks in advance.
Yes. When booking, simply note who you’d like to see. If they’re not available in your window, we’ll suggest the next opening or offer someone whose work is similar.
We ask for 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within that window forfeit the deposit. We understand things happen — call us and we’ll work it out.
We do. Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased by calling the studio or emailing us. We’ll send a printed card or a digital version — your choice.
We’re on the second floor with no lift, which we know isn’t ideal. If accessibility is a concern, call us — we’ll arrange an alternative and make it work.
Or reserve directly online.
