We use your information to confirm and manage your appointment, send you a booking confirmation email, and contact you if there is a change to your appointment. We do not use your information for marketing unless you have explicitly opted in.

3. Email Communications

After booking, you will receive a single confirmation email containing your appointment details and a cancellation link. We do not send promotional emails unless separately requested.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Salon Co. does not receive or store your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver transactional email (Resend). Both are used solely for the purpose of completing your booking.

We retain booking records for up to two years for accounting and service history purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at info@thesalonco.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The only cookies present are those set by Stripe during checkout, which are necessary to complete payment securely.
